I call Tesla again and explain the situation with the shipping and they apologize. With all that being said, the rep agreed to expedite the warranty process and "overnight" the replacement.įast forward to the next day and I get a shipping confirmation. We have access to one 120v outlet outside, and both commute to work. We traded both gas vehicles in and don't have an alternative to drive. Our situation is we rely on the one charger for both vehicles and live 45 minutes from a supercharger.
